At Nomad Nation, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • A valid order receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale offers

  • Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit, depending on the situation.

Exchange

We offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Wrong size or wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
